PRESCHOOL
Preschool classes are offered for children walking to age 5. Lessons are focused
on fun with music, shapes, colours, numbers, and letters. There is a different
theme every week, some of which are jammy day, hat day, teddy bear day,etc.
The equipment is sized for prechoolers with 1 coach per 6 children, or 1 coach
and1 junior coach per 8 children. Class lengths are as follows:
Walking to 2 - 30 min, 3 years - 45 min, 4 & 5 - 1 hour.
Price ranges from $51.50 - $105.40 dependant on class and session length.

INDOOR PLAYGROUND
This activity is offered as "walk in fun" for children 5 years old and under on Monday's from 5:30pm to 7:00pm and on Wednesdays from 10:00am to 1:30 am. The cost is $4:00 for the first child and $2:00 per additional sibling.

RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Children six years and older can participate in the Gymnastic CanGym program. This program is made up of 14 levels broken down into colour badges from Burgundy to Gold, with testing at the end of each session. Older children who
would like to join gymnastics are asked to come in and have a coach assess
what level would be challenging yet fun. Class length are as follows:
Red, Burgundy, Tan - 1.25 hours, Bronze and up - 1.5 hours.
Price ranges from $109.50 - $151.00 dependant on class and session length.

RECREATIONAL TRAMPOLINE
Children six years and older can participate in our trampoline program which
follows a simillar CanGym badge system as the rec gymnastics program. The classes are mixed from beginner to advanced, with each child working at their
own ability level to achieve specific goals. Class length is 1 hour, with the price ranging from $90.00 - $105.40 dependatnt on level and session length.
